Landlord Certificates

A landlord by law is required to hold a gas safety certificate on a rented property. We can visit the property and carry out a full inspection to ensure that everything is working safely and conforms to industry standards. If we do find any faults I can advise you on the best solution and carry out any repairs for you, normally on the same day. Boiler Servicing

We recommend that you service your boiler annually to ensure it is running efficiently and more importantly that faults are detected early. This will save you money in the long run and potentially prevent a safety hazard. We can immediately rectify any problems and make sure your boiler is safe and working efficiently. We can also advise whether or not it is worth getting a replacement boiler if the older one is reaching the end of its life.

Gas safety checks

As we are fully GAS SAFE qualified we can carry out checks on all your appliances to ensure that they all meet the current safety standards. If for whatever reason an appliance does not pass the test we can repair or install a new one if necessary.

When we do a gas safety check I check the following areas:

• Gas appliances are on the right setting and burning correctly with the correct operating pressure
• Harmful gases are being removed from the appliance safely to the air outside
• That any ventilation routes are clear and working properly
• All the safety devices are working
